United Way of the CSRA and Piedmont Augusta will host a free Community Resource Fair on Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2026, to mark National 211 Day. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Piedmont Hospital cafeteria, 1350 Walton Way.

The fair connects residents with support. Representatives from various groups will provide help for veterans, family caregivers, housing needs, and food access. Free lunch and refreshments will be available while supplies last.

"Our 211 helpline is a lifeline for thousands in the CSRA, connecting them to the help they need with just one call," said Danielle King, the United Way of the CSRA's 211 manager, according to Augusta Good News. "Partnering with Piedmont Augusta allows us to bring these resources directly to the heart of the community, ensuring that everyone knows they have a place to turn in times of need."

United Way's 211 service operates as a free, confidential information and referral line available around the clock, helping residents find basic human services, mental health resources, and employment support.

The partnership between the two groups seeks to raise awareness of available aid by providing a central location where people can learn about multiple programs in one visit. The fair provides an opportunity for face-to-face conversations with service providers.
